Go to Start menu. Type: %appdata%/.minecraft. Press Enter to Run %appdata%/.minecraft
Go to minecraft/modsfolder. If Mods folder does not exist, create one
Put Mod file into the mods folder
Launch Minecraft using Forge Profile, then Open Menu.
