Default Plus Resource Pack is one of those faithful Resource Pack that don’t really change the textures from normal Minecraft, but do manager to make them look better by adjusting things like shading , colors or in this case, the sharpness of the textures.
Basically, Default Plus does something to improve the repetition of blocks, so you can get several instances of the same block that look slightly different from each other
Perhaps the best part about the Default Plus resource pack is the fact it is a finished work. There are no planned updates for the future and as long as you’re using Minecraft 1.8.x when you play, you should get a significantly improved visual experience while playing.
How to install Default Plus Resource Pack for Minecraft
Download Resource Pack in ZIP file format and do not Unzip it
Make sure your Minecraft is updated to 1.6 or higher
Go to minecraft/resourcepacks where minecraft stores all resource packs. This step depends on your operating system:
Windows: %AppData%/.minecraft/resourcepacks
Linux: ~/.minecraft/resourcepacks (This folder may be hidden in the Home Folder)
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/resourcepacks (This folder may be hidden)
Put the resource pack (ZIP file) in the opened folder
The resource pack is applied after a few seconds.
